Terms of Service.

Last updated: January 1, 2026. These terms govern your use of the Frontis platform.

Summary: Pay your bill, do not misuse the platform, tell us if something breaks. We will provide the service as described, protect your data, and be honest if something changes.

1. The service

Frontis provides an AI-powered telephone receptionist service for dental practices. The service includes call answering, appointment booking, post-call summaries, and client dashboard access. Specific features depend on your selected plan.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when signing up. Frontis accounts are for business use by dental practices.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Frontis to handle calls for any purpose other than legitimate dental practice operations, to deceive patients in ways that could cause harm, to violate HIPAA or any applicable law, or to attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the platform.

4. Payment and billing

Billing is monthly or annual as selected at signup, processed via Stripe. Monthly plans may be cancelled at end of the billing period. Annual plans are refunded pro-rata if cancelled within the first 30 days.

30-day money-back guarantee: If you are unsatisfied within your first 30 days, contact us for a full refund of your subscription fee. Setup fees are non-refundable after onboarding is complete.

Overage charges on Starter plans are calculated and billed automatically at the rates shown on our pricing page.

5. Uptime and availability

We target 99.9% uptime for call answering. Enterprise plans include an uptime SLA. In the event of disruption, we will notify affected practices as quickly as possible.

6. Data and HIPAA

We operate as a Business Associate under HIPAA. A signed BAA is required before the service goes live. Practices are responsible for ensuring their use of Frontis complies with their own HIPAA obligations.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of any material change to the service or pricing. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms immediately.

8. Liability

Our total liability to you in any month is capped at the amount you paid us in that month. We are not liable for missed calls, lost bookings, or lost revenue resulting from service outages or misconfigurations.

9. Changes

We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any material change to these terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
