Frontis started with a simple observation: call a dental office at 12:30pm on a Tuesday and you will hit voicemail more than half the time. The practice is not closed. The dentist is not unavailable. The front desk is busy — with patients in the chair, with insurance calls, with the hundred things that cannot wait.

Meanwhile, a potential new patient just called your competitor instead.

We built Frontis to solve exactly that. Not a generic AI that you have to adapt to dental workflows — one that ships already knowing the difference between a cleaning and a crown prep, Delta Dental from Medicaid, and a worried patient calling about tooth pain from someone booking a routine appointment.

What we believe

Speed is trust. If a patient calls and Frontis answers in under two seconds, in your practice’s name, in a warm human voice — that signals a practice that has its act together. That is a practice patients want to visit.
