Bias toward doing. We move fast. We ship things, learn from them, and improve. If you need a lot of process before making decisions, we are probably not the right fit yet.

Care about the customer. Our customers are dental practice owners — busy, often non-technical small business operators. Everything we build should make their day better, not add complexity.

Own things end to end. Small teams mean wide ownership. You would be expected to own your area fully — design, build, test, ship, support.
